  • Independent Programming

    Never be confused about what you should be doing in the gym ever again. Get clear cut programming that addresses your weaknesses and adds variety to your training to keep you interested and progressing in the long term. Clients follow a customized program on the Everfit app on their phone.

  • 1-1 Personal Training

    I create holistic training programs with a foundation in strength training, while also emphasizing injury prevention, mobility, and individual needs. Includes additional programming for you to complete on your own that complements our sessions together to keep you accountable and progressing.

  • Semi-Private Group Training

    Have a friend or multiple people you’d like to train with? Get customized training from me while having the energy boost from training alongside your friends or partner. Sessions will be based on individual goals and each person will receive unique programming and attention. Accepting 2-4 people per session.
